One might not regard scissor lift as "tower" lift, because in their notion the title of tower lift goes to cherrypickers or straight telescopic engine lift. However, scissor lift is worthy of the title. Scissor lifts can reach as high as 18mtrs, high enough to outshadow regular towable boom lifts.
Normally when max platform height reaches 12mtrs or beyond, building material will switch to manganese steel to accomodate higher demands.
