This machine is a tool that uses vacuum suction to safely and efficiently handle and install glass sheets. It firmly grips the glass surface by generating an internal and external pressure difference.

Working Principle: The core working principle of the vacuum glass suction cup is very simple: it utilizes atmospheric pressure.

Creating a Sealed Space: Pressing the suction cup tightly against the smooth glass surface creates a sealed space between the rubber sealing ring and the glass.

Creating a Vacuum: By manually pressing or using an external vacuum pump or vacuum generator, the air in the sealed space is extracted, creating negative pressure.

Generating Suction Force: At this point, the strong atmospheric pressure outside the suction cup presses it firmly against the glass surface, generating a suction force sufficient to lift the glass.

Easy Release: When it's time to lower the glass, simply operate the release valve to allow air to re-enter the suction cup. Once the internal and external pressures are balanced, the suction cup will easily detach from the glass surface.
