The aerial work platform needs to be checked before each use. You must check the
machine carefully and report all defects. You should start operating it when all defects
have been solved and it is in good condition.
1. Check symptom such as deficiency, damage and unknown security.
2. Check cracked, deficient, damaged and loose parts, especially screws and nuts on
both sides of the mast.
3. Check whether the pivot and pin are damaged. Check whether the holding device
is lost.
4. Check oil level in the tank.
5. Check whether there are leakage and damage of hydraulic system.
6. Check whether there is welding fracture or whether there is other sign of
structural damage.
7. Check whether the supporting base can rotate flexibly reeling supporting screw.
Lubricate when it is necessary.
8. Check whether there is unusual noise or vibration when starting up.
9. Check whether the power plug connects the socket firmly.
