Common fault analysis and processing

Systems without pressure or insufficient pressure

1. the pump motor does not work

2. suction tube or filter clogging

3.suction fitting at the intake air

4.fluid viscosity or temperature is too high

1.Check Pump Station and motor

2.Check, clean or replace filter.

3.Check and screw up the joint.

4.Choose the right hydraulic oil and control the temperature.

Cylinder of the arm shake.

Descent speed is too fast or too slow.

1.There is air in the cylinder.

2.Throttle valve open too big or too small.

1.The hydraulic cylinder repeated operation several times (cylinders shall action to limit position)

2.Re-adjust the throttle opening value

Arm cylinder glide when working

1.There is foreign body in the check valve.

2.Check valve internal leakage

3.Cylinder Internal leakage

1.Tear down the check valve spool and clear the foreign body.

2.Replace the seal ring or replace valve.

3.Replace the seal ring or replace cylinder.

Support legs cylinder glide when working

1.Hydraulic Lock Leakage

2.Support legs cylinder internal leakage

1.Replace hydraulic lock

2.Replace seal ring or replace cylinder.

Magnetic valve not reversing

1.Slide valve spool is locked

2.The middle spring breaks down.

3.Electromagnetic coil burnt

4.Electric circuit fault.

1.Tear down and clean. Get rid of the thorn.

2.Replace the spring.

3.Replace the coil.

4.Check each circuit.

Tube joint and valve body leakage

1.Tube joint doesn’t screw up tightly.

2.Tube seal ring ware out.

1.Screw up the tube joint

2.Replace seal rings.

Relieve valve pressure is not stable and can’t be adjusted.

1.Spring bend or too soft.

2.Oil is not clean which clog damping hole.

3.Slide valve is locked.

4.Oil inlet opening and outlet opening opposite direction.

1.Replace Spring

2.Tear down and clear. Dredge damping hole.

3.Tear down and clean.

4.Revise the direction.
