Fuel level check
Important matters
Fuel can damage paint and certain plastics. When filling the fuel tank with fuel, be careful not to spill oil. Damage caused by oil spill is not covered by the warranty.
Regarding refilling fuel, follow the instructions provided by the gasoline engine starting device. Please refer to the standard fuel tank refill instructions provided by Honda below.
1. When the gasoline engine is stopped and on a level surface, remove the fuel tank cap and check the fuel level. If the fuel level is low, refill the fuel tank.
2. Add fuel to the level on the fuel tank. Do not overfill the fuel tank or overflow. Wipe off the spilled oil before starting the gasoline engine.
Refill the fuel carefully. Fill the fuel tank to 25mm below the top of the tank so that the fuel has room for expansion. It may be necessary to lower the fuel level based on operating conditions. After refilling the fuel, tighten the fuel tank cap firmly.
Keep gasoline away from corresponding indicator lights, barbecues, electrical appliances, power tools, etc.
Oil spills not only cause fire hazards, but also environmental damage. Wipe off the spilled oil immediately.
