3, The installation of bridge crane wire rope, should not be dragged in the unclean place, should not be around other objects, should prevent paddling, grinding, milling and excessive bending, infrared stroke switch.
4, Wire rope should maintain a good lubrication state. Lubricate at least 2 times a month, first brush the dirt off the wire rope with a wire brush, wash it with kerosene, then heat it to more than 80 ℃ lubricant dipped in the wire rope, so that the lubricant dipped into the rope core.
Lubrication should pay special attention to not easy to see and easily accessible parts, such as the balance pulley at the wire rope.
5, The daily use of wire rope, daily inspection should be carried out, including the end of the fixed connection, balance the pulley at the inspection, and make a safety judgment.
6, When receiving wire rope, must check the wire rope certification, in order to ensure mechanical properties, specifications and the original design requirements of the wire rope consistent.
7, The bridge crane wire rope should prevent damage, corrosion, or other physical causes, chemical reasons caused by the performance of the reduction.
