1. Replace the hydraulic oil after using the products for 6 months and replace it again in the future according to usage times and pollution level of hydraulic oil in a nonscheduled way. Clean the internal wall of oil tank thoroughly when replacing hydraulic oil so that foreign matters such as metal particles, cotton yarn and fiber and so on will not enter into the oil tank.
2. Pollution to hydraulic oil is strictly prohibited. Hydraulic oil can not contain sundries such as water, acid and alkaline and so on and it is not allowed to brush antirust oil in the oil tank.
3. Hydraulic system may fail to work if electromagnetic valve is jammed by foreign matters and there are plug screws of M14×1.5 with through-hole of Ф10 in the middle. Screw out copper valve sleeve and extract it with valve plug together then dip it into the coal oil and rotate the valve plug gently to remove sundries. Extract the valve plug gently and inspect foreign matters in the valve sleeve and damage and install it into the valve plug carefully after treatment so that valve plug can slide in the valve sleeve smoothly. Pay attention to maintain the original assembly precision then install the valve and electromagnetic valve.
4. Check if sealing of non-return valve is reliable or not and check if emergency bleed valve is loose or not or check if there is soft fiber in the oil so that non-return valve fails to work or not if elevating platform declines automatically.
5. Check if upper limit switch fails to work or not periodically.
6. Non-professional personnel can not detach parts of oil pressure system randomly and they can consign us to repair.
7. Add lubricating oil in hinge of supporting arm periodically.
8.One battery,95AH,12V.Charge voltage is 220V/14V,Green light is shown as filled，it needs 10 hours to full charge it,and can work 8 hours.
