During maintain the platform, please hold up safety brace strut.
1)Maintenance every month
During maintain the platform, please hold up safety brace strut or hoist the platform to avoid collapse.
A． Checking the roll wheel, shaft and bearing, cylinder pin, shaft. Scissor shaft and lubricate oil.
B． Add lubricating oil to prolong the shaft life.
C． Checking the oil and oil level. Lifting the platform to the top, there must be 40-50mm oil level over the bottom of the oil tank. If the oil getting dark, sticky or other object, please change the oil. Specification of the oil: Temperature: -18°—-5°use 10W, -18°—99°use 10W-20, 10W-303 hydraulic oil.
2)Maintenance
A． Checking hydraulic pressure and connecter of oil tube. It must be changed when broken.
B． Dismantle the down valve, clean it by compressed air
C． Drain all the oil in the tank, take out the suction strainers, clean it, then put it back. Fill the tank with new oil.
★Common problem：
Work platform can not lift or weak.
1.The pressure of overflow valve is not correct
2.Oil cylinder leaking oil, check and replace the Cylinder components
3. Reversing valve chucking or leaking
4.Lack of oil or oil filter blocked
5.Motor problem, check and replace
6.Leakage of one-way valve

2.Prevent solid impurities into hydraulic system

If solid impurity enter into hydraulic system will cause precise parts broken, then influent the machine working safely. Normally, solid impurity invasion of hydraulic system from: Dirty hydraulic oil, tools are not clean, Hydraulic components desquamate.
