1.Safety instruction
(1). Non-electric professionals cannot dismantle and assemble electrical equipment at will in case of electric shock and misconnection.
(2). If there is need to overhaul under working platform of lifting platform, hang the working platform of lifting platform in case that sudden fall of lifting platform causes casualties.
(3).The users cannot adjust overflow valve at will. Adjustment of overflow valve at will may cause that hydraulic system works abnormally、that lifting platform is unable to lift and that tube blasts causing unnecessary injures to people and machine.( If there is need to adjust overflow valve, contact manufacturer)
(4).When dismantling any components of hydraulic system, one has to unload to avoid spray of pressure oil and sudden fall of working platform.
2.Monthly maintenance
(1).Check whether roller wheel、intermediate shaft、its bearing on one hand, pin shaft of oil cylinder and its bearing on the other hand as well as arm twisted axis plane and its bearing are worn or not.
(2).Add some lubrication oil in above places for longer life of bearings.
(3).Check quality and level of hydraulic oil. At full lift of lifting platform, level of hydraulic oil should be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of tank. Check whether hydraulic oil is darkened/ tacky and has grit and other rarity in it. If something is found, replace hydraulic oil in time(32# hydraulic oil).
3.Yearly maintenance
(1). Check all hydraulic tubings and joint to ensure that tubings cannot be torn and joint cannot be loosened.
(2).Unload and dismantle sustaining valve, blow empty the plunger with compressed air. Then assemble and install the plunger again.
(3).Empty hydraulic oil and discard it. Tighten joint and take out oil strainer. Wash and clean oil strainer with compressed air. Then put oil strainer in oil tank and connect piping well.
(4).Use new oil in case that the continued use of old oil will accelerate the weariness of movement bodies of system.
