I. Preparation before work
1 Read this manual carefully before using the TBL-A Series type aerial work platform and familiarize yourself with it.
2 Lubricate the relevant moving parts of the aerial work platform according to the lubrication requirements.
3 Check the fasteners in each part for looseness.
4 Check the power supply of the whole machine and the hydraulic system is in good condition.
5 Engine start and stop: When using the lower engine start or stop function, the upper engine start key should be turned to the “ON” position; similarly, when the upper engine start or stop function is used, the lower control engine must be started. Turn the key to the "ON" position.
II. Leg operation

The hydraulic leg operating valve is located in the right front part of the chassis. The reversing handle of the operating leg operating valve is used to make the four frog hydraulic legs move. After the legs are strong, the tires are completely removed from the ground. If the ground is uneven or has a slope, Operate the corresponding leg reversing handle according to the position of a certain leg, and perform a single action until leveling, if necessary, using sleepers or steel plates. At the end of the work, the working arm is returned to its position and the legs are brought to the original position as described above. ※Warning-----The legs are not supported or the equipment is not leveled. It is forbidden to lift the working arm or rotate the turntable. ※
III.Work arm operation
After the legs are reliably supported, the working arm can be operated, and the operation of the working arm can be performed at the platform or the turntable. When operating, according to the signs of the places, the button can be directly activated.
Note: 1 When the working arm is in motion, it is necessary to lift the boom first and then perform the turning operation.
2 When the legs are not supported, it is strictly forbidden to operate the working arm.
3 It is strictly forbidden to stand in the lower part of the work arm.
IV. Swing operation
After the working arm is moved, the working arm can be rotated after the obstacle is confirmed. When the operation is performed, the label is indicated by the sign, and the corresponding rotating direction button is shaken until the target object is reached, and the operation can be performed on the platform or the turntable.
Note: 1 It is strictly forbidden to use the swing operation before the working arm is not operated.
2 It should be accessible when turning.
※TBL-A Series type platform must be strictly in accordance with the operating procedures during the operation, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the equipment and even personal injury.
