1. Too much feed, resulting in the accumulation of materials in the chassis, increased resistance, hopper operation is not smooth, is the direct cause of hopper shedding, deformation. At this time should be immediately shut down, pull out the chassis under the board, drain the accumulation in the chassis, replace the new hopper, and then drive production.
At this point reduce the feed amount, and strive for uniformity.
2. Feed port position is too low general, hoist in the production, Hopper to take their own from the feed port into the material. If the feed port position is too low, will cause the hopper too late to hold the material, and most of the material into the chassis, resulting in hopper scoop material. And the material is lumpy, it is easy to cause hopper deformation, shedding.
At this point, the feed port position should be adjusted to the bottom wheel centerline above.
3. The hopper material is not good, the strength of the limited hopper hoist bearing parts, its materials have a high demand, installation should be as far as possible to choose the strength of good materials.
In general, the hopper is welded or stamped with a common steel plate or galvanized sheet, and its edges are folded or involved in lead wire to enhance the strength of the hopper.
4. When the boot does not clear the storage in the chassis in the production, often encountered sudden power outages or other reasons and downtime phenomenon, if the boot, did not clear the chassis in the accumulation, it is easy to cause the hopper hit too large and break off. Therefore, between downtime and boot, the accumulation physics in the chassis must be removed to avoid the hopper falling off.
In addition, regular inspection hopper and Hopper belt connection is firm, found screw loosening, shedding and hopper skew, breakage and other phenomena, should be timely repair or replacement, in case of a larger accident occurred.
5. Hopper Belt Tear: Hoist hopper strap is usually canvas belt, sometimes also using tape and chain. Under the combined action of various faults, canvas straps and tapes are prone to tearing, which is one of the most serious faults. General Hopper with running deviation and hopper shedding process is the most likely to cause the hopper tear. Should be timely and comprehensive to find out the cause, troubleshooting. In addition, the material mixed with sharp edges of foreign bodies, will also be the hopper belt cracking. Therefore, in the production, should be installed in the feed wire mesh or iron suction stone, to prevent large chunks of foreign bodies into the chassis.
