In our daily operation, there may be various problems in the process of using the lifting platform. Some customers said that the platform does not rise when using the hydraulic lift. 1. The voltage is too low
Check the starter potential when the motor load is operating. Usually the voltage floating range allows ±10%.
2. The motor does not turn
Check whether the motor and circuit are connected properly.
3. Motor reverse
Arbitrarily change two phases of the three-phase line.
4. The motor is out of phase (the motor does not move, and there is a humming sound)
Check circuit breaker and motor wiring.
5. The drop valve is open
When the lowering button is released, use a voltmeter to check whether the lowering valve has electricity. If there is no electricity, check the circuit and troubleshoot; if there is electricity, troubleshoot the drop valve itself. The spool of the drop valve must be kept clean and flexible.
6. Low pressure of relief valve
Readjust the relief valve. Adjust at 100% rated load.
7. The oil level is too low, the oil pump sucks empty
Top up the hydraulic oil.
8. The oil suction filter is blocked
When cleaning the filter, keep the filter unobstructed at all times.
9. Air leakage in the oil suction section
Check suction pipe and fittings; tighten fittings. Replace the connector if necessary.
