PLK LIFT - Our vacuum lifter is designed for handling different kinds of glass plates, especially useful for installing and moving glass.
Our standard model is GL-LD-350 and GL-LD-600, with load capacity max. 350kg and 600kg, suitable for both light and heavy plate.
Our glass lifter can boom in and out to reach different level height, max. lifting height is 3.5 meters, can meet the demand of most working height.
It can rotate 360 degree maximum. Its pad frame can turn left/ right, up/down, much more flexible and automatic.
It is inergrated control system secures quick and automatic positioning vertically and horizontally by a single push on a button.
It is equipped with DC 24V reliable actuators for lifting, extension and tipping, very efficient and precise.
It is self propelled, a very staff saving machine, also the strong improvment of the working environment.
As we know the safety is always the first when working. Our glass lifter has the below safety precautions:
1. Anti-explosion valve: protect hydraulic pipe, anti-hydraulic pipe rupture.
2. Overflow valve: It can prevent high pressure when the machine moves up. Adjust the pressure.
3. Check valve: prevent hydraulic oil backflow
4. Emergency decline valve: it can go down when you meet an emergency or the power off.
5. Dual circuit vacuum system to 100% make sure the loading safety.
6. Emergency stop button in case any barrier when moving.
7. Two Support Legs to make sure the stable of the lifter when it is working.
