1, Screw tensioning: screw mounted on the lower chassis, nut fixed in the support plate U-groove, when rotating screw, you can make the support plate up and down, the lower bearing is fixed on the support plate, so that the lower drum will pull the tractor tight.

This tensioning method is suitable for vertical bucket hoist with tape as traction parts, because the tape has a certain elasticity, when it produces elongation, it can be adjusted by adjusting the tensioning screw to ensure the tension of the tape and the stability of the work.

2, Heavy hammer lever tensioning: The force on the support plate, the support plate fixed on the lower bearing, so that the lower part of the moving sprocket will tighten the tractor.

This is an automatic tensioning device, the hammer lever has a certain degree of movement, at any time to maintain the traction parts of the skin has a certain tension, so that it is stable operation, usually in the chain drive hoist application, to avoid debonding and skidding, the application effect is good.

3, Hammer tensioning: The hammer through the bracket directly on the gravity of the action on the lower housing, so that the lower driven sprocket will pull the tractor, compared with the heavy hammer lever tensioning method, to achieve the same tension, more heavy blocks.

Therefore, commonly used in the traction parts of the plate chain hoist, accounting for a small space position, is an automatic tensioning method.

4, Composite tensioning: Heavy hammer and spring combined, pressed on the lower housing, so that the lower drive wheel will pull the tractor, composite tensioning in the heavy hammer and the lower housing between the addition of a set of pressure spring, so that the overload of the tail axle has a certain cushioning, suitable for the traction parts of the vertical bucket hoist, When using pay attention to both sides of the heavy hammer block weight equal, to avoid the production of bias.
