The crane is checked in the following ways:

Check that each rotating device is installed correctly and flexibly.

The mounting frame of the crane shall conform to the relevant technical safety regulations.
Key to inspection of lifting fittings:
Brake installation adjustment should be correct and reliable, for the car operation mechanism driven separately, the two brakes should be tight and consistent.
Each lubrication point shall be provided with sufficient lubricating oil (or grease) in accordance with the regulations, and the refueling quantity of each reducer shall be within the prescribed range.
Inspection of electrical equipment: Check the insulation resistance of the circuit system and all electrical equipment with mega Euro table, should comply with the regulations;
In the case of disconnecting the power line, the correctness of the operation line is verified, and the control is flexible and reliable. Each electrical equipment should work normally, paying particular attention to the working reliability of electromagnets, limit switches and emergency switches.
