Three-level technical maintenance
In addition to the level two technical maintenance project, the following items need to be added.
1. Check the cylinder cover assembly, observe the wear of valve, valve seat, valve catheter, valve spring, putter and rocker arm mating surface, and replace if necessary.
2. Check the crankshaft assembly, check the thrust bearing, whether the main bearing wear exceeding the limit, if necessary, replace.
3. Check the connecting rod assembly, that is, check the wear of piston ring, cylinder liner, connecting rod tile and thief sleeve.
4. Check the transmission mechanism and gas distribution timing.
5. Check the sealing of the plug-in of the injection pump plunger and the wear of the governor.
6. Check the fuel injection pressure and atomization situation.
7. Check the turbocharger impeller and shell and clearance as well as air seal, oil seal and other parts are damaged.
8. Check the wear degree of the machine oil pump and water pump. 9. Check the charge, generator and starter, clean the parts, add new grease.
