​Structure, Principle and Specification of the Hydraulic Self Propelled Scissor Lift

 GTJZ is consist of mechanical structure, hydraulic system,  electric system and working device. 

1Structure GTJZ mechanical structure is consist of platform base scissor armsworking hydraulic motordriving motorworking  platform and extend platform. Platform base is welded by strength  steel plate. The platform can be operated both up-stair and downstairit has guardrailSafe and reliable operation.

2Hydraulic principle Lifting principleHydraulic oil from gear pump has certain  pressure, go through oil filter, Flameproof electromagnetic directional  valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, balance valve.  Then enter into the bottom of hydraulic cylinder, to make the piston  go up, so as to push the scissor arms open and close to lift the  platform. The speed of hydraulic cylinder working is controlled by DC  motor controller which controls the Pump flow. During lifting cargo,  the oil will return to oil container through Flameproof electromagnetic  directional valve from upper end of cylinder, its rated pressure is  adjusted by overflow valve. During Cylinder piston downward  movement(decline cargo),hydraulic oil 

3Electrical principle Electrical system is mainly controlled by ECU module, which  has control joystick and other Switch to control the hydraulic valve  to operate all sorts of functions by the electromagnetic valve.(More  details please check electric diagram) 

4Driving system Hydraulic oil from gear pump has certain pressure, go through  oil filter, Flameproof electromagnetic directional valve, throttle  valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, balance valve. Then ECU  module and joystick control the reversing valves to make turns and  move.
