Self-propelled aerial working platform is made up of four parts: mechanical structure、hydraulic system、electrical system and self-propelled device.
1 .Physical construction
Mobile aerial working platform is made up of foundation、arm support、workbench、and guard rail. Foundation is welded with corresponding high tensile steel plate. Arm support vertically goes up and down through scissor and hinge, and is made up of high-tensile seamless rectangular tubes to ensure high strength and beautiful shape. Workbench adopts steel plate. Channel steel applies high-tensile seamless rectangular tubes upon load and customer requirements. Guard rail and low voltage control panel can ensure safety and reliable operation.
2.Hydraulic system introduction
Driven by the piston in oil cylinder, arm support vertically goes up. When arm support goes down, pressure oil, monitored and controlled by throttle valve, returns to oil tank. When oil cylinder overloads, pressure oil from oil pump directly flows into oil tank through throttle valve (safety valve). According to actual conditions and customer service needs, crackstopper can also be equipped. When crackstopper breaks, crack proof valve will lock oil cylinder, and workbench will stop work. Then hydraulic oil in oil cylinder will discharge through emergency electromagnetic valve and workbench will fall to ground slowly.
