To ensure safety and good working conditions of the machine, check performance and shape before use.
4.1 Checking content
a.Whether power wire is in good condition, and in grounding protection
b. Whether each button is effective.
C. Whether oil pipe has oil leakage.
d. Whether limit switch is in fault (push limit switch to ensure its condition)
e. Whether nut at each junction of arm support is fastening.
4.2 Operation steps
a. Pull out supporting legs and adjust bolts of legs to make lifting platform horizontal. Then lock leg-positioning bolts.
b. Connect and open power. After the indicating light is on try it once and start work.
4.3.Notice of usage
1. The use of lifting machine
a.The lifting machine must work under rated loading. Overloading is forbidden. It can only be overloaded by no more than 10% even under special emergency conditions.
b. Manned work is forbidden in fixed lifting platform without safety bars.
c. When in lifting and at lifted position, no move of lifting platform.
d. When in work, the supporting legs of lifting platform must be pulled out. Any voilent shake is forbidden on work bench.
e. Any electric work is forbidden on work bench.
f. If working pressure and abnormal noise is found with lifting platform, stop and check the machine immediately lest lifting platform is seriously damaged. If general faults are found, refer to regular failure and failure elimination.
