2 Defense: Balanced installation anti-tilt After installation, the centerline is required to be in the same vertical plane, the vertical deviation at 100 mm height must not exceed 2 mm, and the accumulation deviation does not exceed 8 mm. After the bucket hoist is installed, for the anti-ratio tilt, in the lifting cylinder through the floor must be fixed with flanges and floor, if there is no floor, it should be installed support or support beam, so that the upper part of the hoist does not occur shaking. When installing the hoist head and chassis, the drive shaft of the first and bottom wheels should be guaranteed to be on the same vertical plane, and each shaft should be installed in a horizontal position. There should be enough space between the head of the machine and the building to facilitate the opening of the cover for overhaul.
After the installation of the hoist, should be oil injection at each lubrication site, and then no-load operation, if found to have impact sound, should immediately stop to check, timely troubleshooting.
