Troubleshooting Common Failures
Even with regular care, issues can arise. Here are two common problems and how to address them:
Loss of Vacuum or Inconsistent Suction:
Check the pads for visible damage and ensure they are clean .
Inspect all hoses for kinks, cracks, or holes .
Verify that the vacuum pump is operating correctly and that filters aren't clogged .
Unusual Noises from the Vacuum Pump:
Stop using the equipment immediately and investigate .
Check for foreign objects inside the pump or listen for worn-out bearings, which can indicate internal damage .
Proper Storage Guidelines
Clean and Dry: Always clean the lifter thoroughly before storage to remove any dirt, debris, or residue that could cause damage over time. Ensure it is completely dry to prevent rust or mold .
Ideal Environment: Store in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated indoor area. Avoid places with high humidity or extreme temperatures, as these can damage rubber seals and cause metal parts to rust .
Proper Positioning: Store the lifter in an upright position whenever possible to maintain the shape of the suction cups. If stored horizontally, place it on a flat, soft surface with nothing stacked on top
